There are no video clips on my site but be aware that there may be hyperlinks to sites which may well have video streams. The intellectual property rights and copyright of all photographs of my artwork belongs to me, Robin Elgar. These images cannot be shared with any third parties or used in any publications without seeking my permission. I will make my email address available to anyone who believes that his or her intellectual property rights have been infringed upon.

 Advertising my Website to Visitors

There are hyperlinks from my website to social networking sites. By using such links you are accepting the privacy policies of these social networking websites and any web-tracking methods they use. I may advertise my site through personally giving out my artist’s card on which are my email and Website addresses. I may also share my site on social networking sites, among them ‘Facebook’. I never store or process personal data or comments from the users of my Website on social media sites.

 Age of Consent & Safeguarding

The content of my Website consists of photographs of my artwork and may include examples of my students’ work. There are life drawings but no adult content.

Electronic Transactions

No electronic financial online transactions such as PayPal are used on this site so there are no requests made for payment card details or billing addresses, etc., which would be required for processing payments online.

 Use of data

For full details visit my Privacy Policy on the Website. On my website you may wish to send me a message or enquiry. To do so requires you to submit your name, email address and telephone number. Before doing this you are invited to visit my Privacy Policy Page to see how this data is treated and privacy safeguarded. The website uses cookies and tracking technologies.  Endorsement of Products

On occasions I may endorse products on my Website such as a particular medium I use in my artwork. In addition, I may endorse establishments offering a service that I have had personal experience of using. I do not get paid for endorsing, recommending, or drawing attention to a product or establishment and I take my reputation and credibility seriously by only endorsing a product that I have tried and /or researched. Were I ever to get paid for an endorsement, I would disclose this in my Terms of Service. There is always the possibility that a supplier may offer a discount in the knowledge that my website is raising the profile of thereby endorsing their product. If any such compensation/reward as this were to be made, I would amend my Conditions of Service to reflect this.

Shipping

Postage and Packaging

Postage and Packaging is not included in the catalogue sale price. The cost of postage, packing and insurance within mainland UK is:

• Paintings on board =£33
• Paintings on canvas = £20
• Paintings on paper = £12

For shipment overseas please make an enquiry through the Expression of Interest forms on the site.

Returns Policy

I hope you will enjoy your purchase and I endeavour to ensure the descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, in the unlikely event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, as a consumer, you have the right to return the purchase to me within the cancellation period.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer.

Return period

Once you have informed me of your decision to return the goods, you should not delay their return and should send them back to me at the address I have provided within 14 days of the date you informed me of your decision to return.

Delivery charges

All delivery charges and any other costs incurred for the return of the goods you purchased and wish to return, must be met by you the consumer. This includes any costs incurred for appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive intact and undamaged and any insurance. These costs will be deemed to equal the costs incurred in delivering the item to you.

Reimbursement

Upon my receipt of the undamaged goods you purchased, you will be reimbursed for the total price of the goods you purchased, inclusive of any tax. This will equal your payment to me.

Resolution

I will seek to resolve any dispute which may arise but, if for any reason the matter is not resolved, concerns can be addressed to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform
